Generally, around 2 mm misalignments of the top and bottom aluminium skins occur with respect to each other while processing the panels. Our ACP line has a CPC (Centering and Position Controlling) system that ensures proper alignment of top and bottom skins. The panel with PVDF coating is used for external applications and Polyester coating is used for internal applications.
